Modi is unstoppable, says Venkaiah

There is little doubt that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) would form the government at the Centre and Narendra Modi would become the Prime Minister as there is a pro-Modi wave in the country, said senior BJP leader and former president of the party M. Venkaiah Naidu here on Thursday.

“Narendra Modi is unstoppable. He has no rival… People see an able leader in Modi and believe that he is the only hope and answer to bring the country back on the rails and to face the monumental challenges the country is faced with,” he added.

Pointing out that the country was faced with “multi-dimensional problems on every front without exception”, he said there were the challenges of price rise, corruption, agricultural crisis, rising atrocities against women as well as stalled development and economic growth.

“Able leader”

“It is not easy to bring everything back on the rails from the derailed position. To face the challenges India is faced with, the country now needs a stable government and an able leader thereby leading to good governance and development. That is the need of the hour,” he added.

Mr. Naidu asserted that only the BJP could fulfil the needs required to bring back the country on the path of development because of its impressive past record.

“Modi can fulfil the aspirations of the people . I am sure that BJP will cross the half- way mark,” he said.

Mr. Naidu appealed to the people of West Bengal to elect as many BJP candidates to the Lok Sabha as possible so that the party could work for the betterment of the State.
