Dabbawallas carry lunch boxes to the people of Mumbai from their home to work place and schools and are known for their unfailing punctuality round the year and have a huge network in the city.
The Prime Minister also hailed badminton player Saina Nehwal for participating in the Swachh Bharat Mission.
