Rajya Sabha:

11:15 am: MP Subramanian Swamy raises Ram temple issue and asks government to issue a statement on the matter. "The government should make a statement on day to day hearing on the case." Deputy Chairman PJ Kurien says it's not a point of order.

11:00 am: Rajya Sabha proceedings start. SP MP Naresh Agarwal raises the issue of relevance of Ethics committee report on Vijay Mallya in context to his resignation, which has now been accepted.
