Thiruvalla Choral Society to organise carol treat

Thiruvalla Male Voices and Choral Society will organise an evening of carols, skit and mime, ‘Divine Incarnation’, at Dr Alexander Mar Thoma Hall in Thiruvalla, marking the opening of Christmas celebrations in Central Travancore, on December 3.

According to Prof Jacob Kurien, society director, the carol treat heralding the Christmas season will begin at 6.30 pm.

Geevarghese Mar Athanaseus Metropolitan will deliver the Christmas message at the inaugural function.

The Believers Church Theological Seminary will stage a skit and Friends Chamber, Thiruvalla, will stage a mime on the occasion.

Prof P.O. John, Choral Society president and Mr A.V. George, director of AVG Motors Limtied that co-sponsors the programme will also address the inaugural session, Prof Kurien said.
