Team work led to success, says local body chief

President of the Eraviperoor grama panchayat N.Rajeev gave credit for the national honour to the collective efforts of the staff, team work of the panchayat committee, Kudumbasree and NREGP workforce, departments, literacy workers, and support of the people.

“Once the panchayat committee comes into being, our political differences give way for the quintessential development agenda. Here, the local body is united when it comes to matters concerning development of the panchayat and welfare of the people,” he said.

“Panchayat is a tool for social change and at Eraviperoor, we try our best to bring in positive changes in the service of the people,” says the 45-year-old lawyer turned politician.
