The district administration here on Saturday felicitated the Student Police Cadets (SPC) whose work during the Chief Minister’s mass contact programme at the MSP grounds a week ago had won praise from different corners.
Addressing the cadets, District Collector K. Biju asked them to be empathetic to society. He advised them to take care of the poor and to become responsible citizens. “Your services should not be limited to the purpose of grace marks. You must uphold honesty and respect for each other,” Mr. Biju said.
SPC team leaders from ITTHSS, Cherukulambu; Kutubussaman EM School, Chemmad; PKMMHSS, Edarikode; MSPHSS, Malappuram; and GHSS, Mankada, accepted certificates from the Collector.
