The new generation start-up companies are the only hope for youngsters on the lookout for jobs in the country, according to Rediff.com chief Ajit Balakrishnan.
Speaking to students who participated in an open business session named ‘Startup Mantra 2015’ organised by the Department of Management Studies (DMS) of Kannur University here on Friday, Mr. Balakrishnan said young India was very closely monitoring start-up business. There are 1.12 million job seekers waiting to get an entry into the industry every year.
“New business options on smart phones are a hit now and therefore any move to curb Net access will impact its prospects,” he said.
Net neutrality is a socialistic concept of the modern world and he expected that the government will take a positive decision on this matter. Net neutrality is the principle that Internet service providers should treat all data on the Internet equally, and not discriminate or charge differently by user, content, site, platform or application.
