The Department of Political Science at Pandalam NSS College will be organising a two-day seminar on ‘Information Technology and good governance’ at the college auditorium from Thursday.
According to V. Reghunath and Aswathy Satheesh, programme co-ordinators, the District Collector S. Harikishore will inaugurate the seminar at 10 a.m. B.Mohanan, Professor attached to the Department of Politics and International Studies at the Pondicherry Central University, will deliver the keynote address and K.N. Viswanathan Nair, College Principal, will preside over the inaugural function.
Additional Director General of Police and Chief Vigilance Commissioner, Rishi Raj Singh, will deliver the keynote address in the afternoon.
