Saritha Nair granted bail

The Perumbavoor Chief Judicial Magistrate Court here on Monday granted bail to Saritha S. Nair, accused in the solar cheating case. The court granted bail as the charge sheet in the case had not been filed within 60 days from date of arrest. Saritha will however continue to be in custody as she is under arrest for several other cases as well.

The bail was granted in the case of cheating of Sajjad, a businessman from Perumbavoor.
