Nominated to Cusat senate

T.P. Sethumadhavan, Director of Entrepreneurship, Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (KVASU), Pookode, has been nominated to the Senate of the Cochin University of Science and Technology (Cusat) , the KVASU said.

Dr. Sethumadhavan is also the Head, Publications and Course Director of the distance learning programmes of the KVASU.

He is an educationist, renowned farm journalist and career consultant.

He did his education from Kerala Agricultural University, Smithsonian Institution, Washington DC, and University of Reading, U.K.

He is the coordinator of the worldwide university network and global innovative initiative.

He is also a member in the global consortium, One Agriculture One Science, and Bio technology and Bioscience Research Council, UK.

Dr. Sethumadhavan is a visiting scientist at Smithsonian Institution, Washington DC, University of Reading and University of Western Australia, Amrita University and Indira Gandhi National Open University.

He has received several national and State Awards.
