Nava Kerala March in Kottayam today

The Nava Kerala March, the pre-poll roadshow by CPI(M) Polit Bureau member Pinarayi Vijayan, now under way, will enter Kottayam district on Saturday morning at Mundakkayam.

Mr. Vijayan is scheduled to address eight public meetings during the two days of the yatra in the district. The first day’s show is expected to conclude in Kottayam town on Saturday evening.

He is scheduled to interact with stakeholders in the natural rubber farming sector during his stay. He will also meet representatives of those in the health sector and cultural field, among others. After a media interaction scheduled for Sunday morning, Mr. Vijayan will move to Ettumanur and from there to Pala, Kaduthuruthy, and Vaikom, where he would address public meetings.
