Chief Minister Oommen Chandy has demanded a public apology from Gujarat Chief Minister and BJP’s prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi for describing Defence Minister A.K. Antony as an agent of Pakistan.
Addressing a meet-the-leader programme of the Press Club here on Thursday, the Chief Minister accused Mr. Modi of breaking all limits of decorum by levelling anti-national charges against Mr. Antony.
“Mr. Modi should never have said that. He has broken all limits. He should apologise publicly,” the Chief Minister said.
