Every member of the society was bound to ensure protection of the native culture, said Philipose Mar Chrysostum, senior Metropolitan of Mar Thoma Church.
Mar Chrysostum was inaugurating the cultural meet held in connection with the district meet of the Communist Party of India (Marxist) at the private bus stand premises here on Monday.
M.C. Josephine, CPI(M) State secretariat member, presided the function.
