The swearing-in of Kerala CHief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan and his ministry will take place at 4 p.m. at the Central stadium in Thiruvananthapuram on Wednesday. The Governor will administer the Oath of Office and Secrecy to the Chief Minister and Ministers.
