KSTU protest

The Kerala State Teachers' Union (KSTU) is organising a protest march and dharna to the offices of the Deputy Director of Education in the State on Saturday demanding protection for all teachers in service and salary for teachers who are working in the excess posts in aided schools.

Addressing a press conference here on Wednesday, KSTU president C.P. Cheriya Muhammed said the march and the dharna would be inaugurated by Indian Union Muslim League State general secretary P.K. Kunhalikutty and State secretary M.K. Muneer at Malappuram and Kozhikode respectively.

KSTU general secretary A.K. Sainudheen, treasurer V.K. Moosa and vice-president C.K. Ahmed Kutty were present at the press meet.
