Kodiyeri meets guard’s kin

February 28, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:46 am IST - Thrissur:

CPI(M) State secretary Kodiyeri Balakrishnan on Friday called on the relatives of Chandrabose, the security guard allegedly killed by controversial businessman Mohammed Nisham, at his house at Karumukku, near here. Corrupt police officers like former Thrissur City Police Commissioner Jacob Job, who tried to tamper evidences in the case, should be dismissed from service, he said. Many police officers in the State had nexus with criminals, he added. He called up on the people to support Chandrabose’s family and offered party’s support for them. — Staff Reporter
