Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee president Ramesh Chennithala said that the nominees of Congress to various Boards and Corporations in the State would be declared on Thursday.

Addressing mediapersons after inaugurating the Thachadi Prabhakaran remembrance meeting here on Tuesday, Mr. Chennithala said he would hold discussions with Chief Minister Oommen Chandy on Wednesday. “There are no problems in this regard now,” he said.

On the public spat between R. Balakrishna Pillai and his son and Forest Minister K.B. Ganesh Kumar of the Kerala Congress (B), he said the issues would be sorted out amicably through talks. He added that efforts would be made to retain both the leaders in UDF.

He refused to comment on a query on KSU organisational elections which began in the State on Tuesday, after a gap of three years.
