CM’s mass contact programme in Kannur

Nearly 10,000 complaints/grievances were received online for redressal at the Chief Minister’s mass contact programme here on June 8. An official press release here on Wednesday informed that 9,924 online complaints/grievances were received as on April 17, last date for submitting applications online. These complaints/grievances had been sent to district officers of the government departments concerned for initiating redressal measures. The mass contact programme cell functioning in the Collectorate here had received additional 1,353 complaints/grievances online, the release added.
