Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has called upon people to be cautious against forces who mix communalism in developmental activities in the country.
He was addressing a public meeting in connection with the four-day State conference of the KPMS (Kerala Pulayar Maha Sabha) at Thekkinkadu Maidan here on Saturday evening. “Such forces have been functioning here for decades. They are strong even now. We should be vigilant against them,” he said.
Promise of houses
The LDF government is committed to the care and welfare of the scheduled communities. All scheduled community families in the State would have their own houses during the tenure of this government, he said.
