Associations inaugurated

The inauguration of the Chemistry and Physics Association at Sahrdaya College of Advanced Studies here was conducted recently. C.V. Krishnan, educationalist and scientist, who was the chief guest, inaugurated the function. K.A. Siraj, Dean of Science Department, delivered the welcome speech. The presidential address was given by Principal K.J. Antony. It was followed by the felicitation of Fr. Titus Kattuparambil, executive director. A vote of thanks was proposed by association secretary Aathira Rajeevan. The keynote address was delivered by the chief guest on the topic, “Science for fun”. There was also an inter-disciplinary quiz competition for the students of physics and chemistry. — Staff Reporter
