Cabinet sets up Pay Revision Commission

Kerala Cabinet decided to appoint a pay revision commission on Wednesday to submit recommendations on revising pay scales of State government employees and teachers.

Chief Minister Oommen Chandy announced after the Cabinet meeting that retired judge C. N. Ramachandran would be the chairman of the tenth Commission. Advocate T. V. George was named Member and retired Additional Secretary (Finance) K. V. Thomas as Member Secretary.
