Bail in threat case

The Judicial First Class Magistrate Court granted bail to businessman Mohammed Nisham in a case in which he threatened to kill one Thrissur-based businessman. The complainant said he had borrowed Rs.1 lakh from Nisham. Though he returned it with interest, Nisham asked for more money and threatened to kill him. Though he got bail, Nisham will not be released as there are other pending cases against him. Meanwhile, Nisham complained to the First Class Magistrate K.P. Anil Kumar that he was facing rights violation in jail. Camera had been installed even in the toilet. He said he was not allowed to make calls even once in a week. The court asked the jail superintendent to submit a report before March 25.
