The government has appointed Additional Director of Health Services N. Sreedhar as enquiry officer to probe the death of an endosulfan-affected child at the Kasaragod General Hospital on Thursday.
Dr. Sreedhar has been asked to submit his report in three days. Consultant Paediatrician of the Hospital had been placed under suspension from service pending the enquiry.
