3-day BMS State Committee convention to begin from April 23

The three-day State convention of the Bharatiya Mazdoor Sangh (BMS) would commence here from April 23.

The public meeting associated with the meet would be inaugurated by BMS national Secretary Surendraji at the function scheduled to be held at the Speedway grounds here.

State General Secretary K. K. Vijayakumar and Mr. Sasidharan would address the meeting, BMS State Secretary P. Sasidharan told a press conference here on Tuesday.

The State Working Committee meeting would be presided over by M. P. Bhargavan.

As many as 15,000 BMS members from the district would take part in a colorful procession from Thalipadappu grounds at 10 a.m. on that day and the rally would culminate at the venue.

The Representatives meet would be inaugurated by BMS National President Lakshma Reddy at 10 a.m. on following day as the function would be attended by national leaders including Surendra, N. M. Sukumaran and S. Durai Raja.

The meeting would conclude on April 25 evening, they said.
