The former Chief Minister and senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader B.S. Yeddyurappa on Wednesday not only reiterated that he might float a new political party in December, but also announced that he would even consider joining other political outfits if it was not possible.
Mr. Yeddyurappa, who has rebelled against the party leadership for not considering him for any top posts, declared that he would not continue in the BJP at any cost.
He told presspersons in Jigani near Bangalore that central leaders of the Bharatiya Janata Party had advised him against quitting the party and he was being pressured from various quarters to stay back. “But I cannot heed to such pressure and continue in the party,” Mr. Yeddyurappa said.
The former Chief Minister has been hinting that he will keep his political options open if he is not given the post of the president of the State unit. However, the BJP has decided not to consider him for any top posts until he is cleared of corruption charges.
The party central leaders are said to be ready to provide him other key posts related to election campaign and he has been invited to New Delhi to hold consultations. However, Mr. Yeddyurappa is yet to visit the national capital and has been trying to pressure the party leadership through statements related to quitting the party.

It is too late Mr yeddyurappa must be sent out of the BJP if BJP is the party of discipline and anti-corruption. People of Karnataka were having great faith in the BJP and brought to power first time in South India anticipating the BJP is the party of Patriotic people with RSS background can govern for the all round development of the STATE, but once they got the power they have proved that they are as corrupt as Congress and other parties.Even Mr. Yeddi not allowed to function the DVS govt. with purity, We could not understand what the BJP MLA's learnt from RSS and What RSS is teaching, then the question arises who will save the country from clutches of corruption. God only to save this " Karma Bhoomi" Jai Hind .Vandemataram, Bharat Maata Ki jai.
Good riddance for the BJP. this milestone around the neck of Karnataka unit of BJP had better leave the BJP sooner. Congress may feign disinterest in Y but it is eager to get him to their stable full of such tainted men so that it wrests Karnataka back from BJP.
