Water-level in the Krishnaraja Sagar (KRS) rose to 103.42 ft on Saturday evening following copious rainfall in the catchment areas of the Cauvery in Kodagu.
Water-level in the reservoir, which had hit the dead storage level three months ago, crossed the 100-ft mark on Friday night. The full-reservoir level is 124.8 ft.
Inflow into the reservoir was at 41,278 cusecs and outflow was at 1,642 cusecs at 6.30 p.m. on Saturday.
The water-level in KRS would reach the FRL by the month-end if heavy rainfall continues in the catchment areas, a Cauvery Neeravari Nigam Ltd. officer said.
