TAPMI, Macquarie varsity ink pact

The T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) and Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU), here on Tuesday.

A release issued by TAPMI here said, the Macquarie University was led by Mark Gabbott, Executive Dean, Faculty of Business and Economics, Macquarie University.

Philomena Leung, Associate Dean, International and Corporate Engagement, and Abizer Merchant, Regional Director (South Asia), Macquarie International, were part of the Macquarie delegation.

The MoU was signed by Prof. Gabbott on behalf of Macquarie University and Prof. Raghunath Rudran, Director In-charge and Dean-Administration, on behalf of the TAPMI.

TAPMI and Macquarie University seek to enhance relations by developing academic and cultural interchange in teaching, research and other programmes and activities.

The collaboration will enable exchange of students and faculty, joint research activities, joint conferences and other academic meetings, exchange of academic materials and information, the release added.
