SSLC evaluation to start on April 15

April 10, 2013 01:02 pm | Updated October 18, 2016 02:51 pm IST - BANGALORE:

The Karnataka Secondary Education Examination Board (KSEEB) has said that the evaluation of answer scripts pertaining to Secondary School Leaving Certificate 2013 examination will commence on April 15.

The list of teachers assigned for evaluation has been sent to the Deputy Director of Public Instruction in the districts concerned, and teachers concerned have been intimated individually.

A communiqué from Director (Examination), KSEEB, said that under the board rules, it is compulsory for teachers to attend evaluation.

However, rules can be relaxed on medical grounds — maternity, abortion or serious illness. Such teachers have to submit a certificate issued by an authorised medical officer of the medical board to the Deputy Director of Public Instruction concerned. Barring these cases, disciplinary action will be taken against those who fail to turn up for evaluation.
