Seminar on atrocities on women

The Department of Women Studies of Kannada University, Hampi, has organised a two-day national seminar on ‘Prevention of Atrocities on Women – Problem and Challenges’.

The seminar will be inaugurated by Sri Veerabhadra Channamalla Swami of Nidumamidi Mutt at Bhuvana Vijaya in University campus on March 30 at 10.30 a.m.

Motamma, MLC and the former Minister; Rani Satish, former Minister; Tejaswini Gouda, former MP, are among the chief guests. Dr. Preeti Shubha Chandra, Professor in Manasa Gangotri, Mysuru, will be the guest speaker. Hi.Chi. Borlingaiah, Vice-Chancellor will preside.
