BJP leader and former Minister S.A. Ramdas has sought a high-level inquiry into the allegations made by a woman against him.

In a letter to Chief Minister Siddaramaiah, dated February 14, copies of which were released to the media here on Sunday, Mr. Ramdas said, “Her charges were politically motivated.”

He added that her action had “maligned” his political image.

He said, “I hope you must be aware of the developments thereafter.”

The Minister said he had filed a complaint with the Kuvempunagar police here on February 14.

Mr. Ramdas urged the Chief Minister to order a detailed investigation to bring out the truth and provide “justice” to him.
