Rahul demands RSS chief’s apology

Congress president Rahul Gandhi on Monday slammed Rashtreeya Swayamsevak Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat for his ‘disrespectful’ comments on the Indian Army and sought his apology.

Speaking to presspersons here, Mr. Gandhi sought the apology after Mr. Bhagwat reportedly questioned the ‘preparedness’ of the Army to fight enemies at the border.

Mr. Gandhi was touring Hyderabad Karnataka region of the State as a part of the campaign for the Legislative Assembly elections.
