Publicity drive for social, educational survey launched in Udupi

R. Vishal, Deputy Commissioner, on Wednesday flagged off the publicity vehicle that would go across the district to create awareness on social and educational survey.

The vehicle would criss-cross the district for 10 days. The gram panchayats too would create awareness at the village level.

The door-to-door social and educational survey would be conducted in the district from April 11 to 30. The enumerators would visit all the houses to collect the relevant information.

People have been urged to provide information about their Aadhaar cards, EPIC cards and other questions that might be posed by the enumerators. All the information would be kept confidential.

Kumara, Additional Deputy Commissioner, and Rohini, District Information Officer, were present.
