Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee president G. Parameshwara on Sunday held discussions on stepping up election campaign in the State and containing dissenting voices of various leaders who have been denied ticket to contest the Lok Sabha elections.

Two leaders also discussed visit of Congress president Sonia Gandhi and vice-president Rahul Gandhi to the State and KPCC’s preparations for campaigning in various constituencies.

Dr. Parameshwara called on Mr. Siddaramaiah at the latter’s residence.
