Over 73% voter turn-out recorded in Yadgir

Of the 5,79,517 voters, 4,26,615 (73.62%) have exercised their franchise in Gram Panchayat election held in Yadgir district on Tuesday.

According to official’s information, of the 4,26,615 voters, 2, 17,782 were men and 2,08,833 were women.

Case Registered

A case has been registered in Wadagera Police Station in connection with a group clash during election in Naikal village in Shahapur taluk of Yadgir district, sources said and added that no arrests have been made yet.
