While Minister for Tourism Anand Singh stands out, among those who filed affidavits for the Assembly elections, for declaring a fleet of 25 vehicles in his affidavit for the Assembly elections, there are quite a number of wealthy Ministers who have no ‘personal vehicles’ to declare. Among the Ministers who have huge assets but no vehicles are Minister for Agriculture Umesh V. Katti, Minister for Labour and Employment B.N. Bache Gowda and Minister for Kannada and Culture Govind M. Karjol.

C.M. Udasi, the former PWD Minister in the BJP government and now the Karnataka Janata Paksha candidate from Haveri Assembly constituency (SC), owns a farm tractor but not a personal vehicle.
