The State government has given new postings to three IAS officers: Mahendra Jain has been posted as Principal Secretary, Co-operation Department vice C. Somasekhara, who retired from service on June 30 on superannuation. M.R. Kamble, Managing Director, Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd., posted as Principal Secretary to Public Works, Ports & Inland Water Transport Department vice E. Venkataiah, who retired from service on June 30 on superannuation. Mr. Kamble has also been given additional charge as Principal Secretary to Department of Social Welfare. Ritesh Kumar Singh has been posted as Managing Director, Karnataka Power Corporation Ltd., Bangalore, said a notification issued by the government on Monday.
