Music festival in memory of Puttaraja Gavai

The second music festival in memory of legendary musician Pandit Puttaraja Gavai will be held in Mysore on November 16 and 17 at Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha on JLB Road.

President of the Nadabrahma Sangeetha Sabha K.V. Murthy will inaugurate the programme to be organised by Sri Guru Puttaraja Sangeetha Sabha as part of its anniversary celebrations.

Felicitation

Hindustani musician Pandit Indudhar Nirodi and Pandit Panchakshari Annigeri of Veereshwara Punyashrama, Gadag, will be felicitated on the occasion. Young and up and coming musicians will perform during the two-day festival.

The programme is being organised with the support from Sri Rama Mandira, Shivarampet, Mysore, and Sur Sangeeth Prathistana, Dharwad.
