The Bharatiya Janata Party on Friday launched mobile LED screens, titled digital ‘Modi chitra yaatre’, for beaming videos on the personality and achievements of its prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi as part of its publicity campaign for the Lok Sabha elections.

The mobile LED screens, measuring 15 x 7 ft, were flagged off by party national general secretary Ananth Kumar and former Chief Minister D.V. Sadananda Gowda in front of the party office here. These vans will tour all the 28 Lok Sabha constituencies in the State for 20 days.

In addition to content on Mr. Modi and the alleged failures of the UPA government, they will also be screening 10, one-minute video films, prepared by the party State unit, party leaders said.
