Manipal gets train ticket booking centre

Passengers can now buy railway tickets to travel by the Konkan Railway trains here.

A release here on Monday said the Konkan Railway has appointed a Jan Sadharan Ticket Booking Sevak (JTBS) in Manipal, functional on February 14. Passengers can book current tickets up to three days in advance excluding the date of journey, from the JTBS Centre: Poornima D. Naik, Door No: 16-424, Opposite Saibaba Hospital, Main Road, Manipal – 576104. Phone No: 0820-4292046.

The Konkan Railway has appointed JTBS at various places along its route.
