“Judges do not decide if steel flyover is necessary or not, and in most cases, the court will not attempt to be an expert in the case. The government has skilled procedures, which they can do,” he said.
However, a political outreach through the debate seemed to be scuttled as the Congress did not send a representative, while the BJP sent a councillor to attend the proceedings.
