Iron ore worth Rs. 38 lakh seized in Karnataka

Forty six tonnes of iron ore valued at about Rs. 38 lakh was seized and four persons were arrested on Friday in Bellary district for illegally transporting the raw material in four lorries towards Andhra Pradesh, police said.

The seizure was made by Sandur police at Navilatti village, they said.

Further investigation was on, police said.
