HR conclave ‘Disha’ begins in Manipal

The week-long annual HR conclave titled ‘Disha 2014’ organised by the T.A. Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) began on a high note here on Monday. According to a press release , speaking after inaugurating the conclave, Rajat Jain, Managing Director of Xerox India, spoke about the variance between plan and reality. Krishnan V., Head, Talent Development, HCL Technologies, focused on talent management and the challenges associated with it. The conclave is hosting nearly 50 experts from different companies.
