Free training for rural students

A free technical programme for rural students, who have passed SSLC or PU (pass or fail), has been launched by the Dharwad-based Nettur Technical Training Foundation (NTTF) Institute.

Technical knowledge

Titled ‘Lear and Earn’, the programme aims to help rural students gain technical knowledge. According to principal of NTTF, Dharwad, B. Ravinder, the selected students will get training for two years and a monthly scholarship of Rs. 6,000 under the programme.

The NTTF has launched this programme particularly for rural candidates aged above 18.

On completion of the training programme, students will get a certificate. The training will be given in various industries located at Belur Industrial Area near Dharwad and theory and practical classes will be held at NTTF.
