Four persons, all relatives, were hacked to death allegedly over a property dispute at Neerakalakatti village in Dharwad taluk on Sunday night. Four others were injured in the attack. The dead have been identified as Nigappa Thammanna Jatteppanavar (25), Chinnavva Thammanna Jatteppanavar (50), Kallappa Hanumath Bisirotti (40), and Mallappa Devappa Bisirotti (40). Four injured persons were admitted to District Hospital in Dharwad. The Garag police registered a case.
