Member of Parliament, S.P. Muddahanumegowda laid the foundation stone for the construction of two foot-over bridges near Tumkur University Town Hall Circle on NH- 206 in Tumakuru on Sunday.
Speaking to reporters, Mr. Muddahanumegowda said that these foot over bridges will help the people to cross the roads without any difficulty. He also said that people, especially senior citizens, found it difficult to cross the national highway due high traffic density.
MLA, Rafiq Ahmed, Mayor of Tumakuru City Corporation, Lalitha Ravi were among those present.
