Farzi Cafe reopens

Farzi Cafe at U.B. City reopened on Tuesday after it was closed down following a notice by the Excise Department. The notice was issued after Mohammed Nalapad Haris assaulted a fellow diner Vidvat L. on February 18.

The notice period was over as per sections mentioned under the Karnataka Excise Act and the pub was allowed to continue with business according to the norms and conditions mentioned on its licence. Besides, the Cubbon Park police have issued certain conditions.
