Don’t use pencil, enumerators told

April 19, 2015 12:00 am | Updated 05:42 am IST - KOPPAL:

R.R. Jannu, Deputy Commissioner, Koppal, has instructed enumerators who are part of the socio-educational survey not to use pencils while filling up the prescribed forms.

He said in a press release here on Saturday that the enumerators, who had used pencils to fill the forms, had been asked to reconduct the survey and fill the forms using pen. He has appealed to the public to ensure that the enumerators filled the forms with pen only before affixing their signatures. In case they find that pencil was being used, they could immediately complain to the tahsildar/commissioner/chief officers of their respective urban local bodies.
