Delegation from Karnataka to meet PM to discuss Mekedatu project

Minister for Law and Parliamentary Affairs, T.B. Jayachandra said that all party delegation under the leadership of Chief Minister Siddaramaiah will try to meet Prime Minister Narendra Modi on April 30 regarding the Mekedatu drinking water project.

The Prime Minister will not be able to meet the delegation on April 22.

Speaking to reporters here on Tuesday, Mr. Jayachandra said that as the Parliamentary Session is going on, Mr. Modi may have not given the appointment to meet but the delegation will seek an appointment of April 30.

He said all the information regarding the project will be given to the Prime Minister to convince him regarding the importance of the drinking water project at Mekedatu.
