Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has extended the deadline for filling potholes in Bengaluru to November 6.

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has extended the deadline for filling up potholes on the roads of Bengaluru to November 6.

Mr. Siddaramaiah, who had earlier this month given an assurance said the potholes would be filled within a fortnight’s time, said the authorities were unable to adhere to the deadline in view of the continuing rainfall.

The pothole filling exercise could not be undertaken in parts of the City on account of the rains. Hence, he said the deadline has now been extended.
