CM promises assistance for revival of KCDCC Bank

Chief Minister Siddaramaiah has promised that the State government will lend all the necessary help including financial assistance for the revival of Kolar-Chickballapur District Cooperative Central Bank and to strengthen the cooperative sector of the twin districts.

He gave this assurance to a delegation led by Deputy Speaker of Legislative Assembly N.H. Shivashankar Reddy and former Speaker and MLA K.R. Rameshkumar which met him in Belagavi on Monday.

The delegation appealed to the Chief Minister to release Rs. 10 crore for soft loan for the farmers of the drought hit districts of Kolar and Chickballapur.

A number of legislators from twin districts and directors of the bank were present, DCC Bank president M. Govinda Gowda said in a release.
